I sold on this Ann... until I have more time to look at this. First look though isn't promising in my opinion.

Superficially though;
- why are venture capitalists who put 58 million Euro into the sensors selling it for approx $6 million.
- what are the outgoings agaisnt the forecast $5million revenues?
- The previous business touted as the "72 million dollar" NASDAQ listing (2001 I believe) sold in 2003 for $23 million (70% loss).

CRs in Speccies usually result on an SP dropping to below CR levels. I'd expect 0.27/0.28 for Se1 in the short term.

SE1 now has a dunny drip measurement technology for couple $ mill (where's the market for that really) and this mine personnel location awareness technology for $6 million (better, but still a wait and see investment I think).

For these reasons, and that these facts were somewhat hidden behind the language of the Ann, I'm gonna sit it out for a while and see what comes.
