The identification of this deal has George Lauro's fingerprints all over it and its structure has RH's fingerprints all over it. I wonder what involvement MM had, if any?
Whenever guys with the knowledge in this space of GL and RH are buying assets for less than 2x current year revenues and 17% in the dollar, then I'm a very happy camper.
Personally, I don't make decisions based on "superficial" analysis. I read, delve and try to understand before making an informed decision and then posting my back of an envelope and naive analysis on HC for all to see. But, then again, I guess it takes all types and someone has to supply the stock for others to profit.
