Agreed. It's one of the most compelling reasons to buy this share over a dozen other shares I like at the moment. There are good shells lying around stacked with big names on their boards and registers which will do nothing for years. I could put my money in these and not be surprised if the only change in a years time was the dilution of my shares after a CR.

This one has the daughter of a exploration god in my books. He's not going to want her as a director of a shell that churns through rubbish tenements for years. Get her in there, find a decent project with good odds and let her handle the rest and further her career. I think we're already seeing an expedited timeline.

Another way to look at it is if she wasn't a director. Klaus has been appointed to find TAR a project. Would I trust that whatever he finds them is the best project he's aware of? He's the CEO and director of a number of other ASX listed companies looking for projects, and no doubt owns larger positions in them (OKR/CAV). Why wouldn't he save his best projects for them and give TAR his next best option, then spend the next 6 months selling his shares while he concentrated on managing the others.

What I'm trying to say is I think this scenario adds a level of trust and confidence which is hard to find in junior miners. AVZ going full beast mode helps also!
