Inclined to agree with you. The main attraction is still an African acquisition (DD ongoing on the latest), this ground has been gone over before, haven't looked at a wider chart from memory MCT had a bit in this area too and obviously didn't do much with it.
An announcement like this would have seen a 40% jump up then a 35% jump the next day....if it was made in March 2016
