Either the institutional buyers, the deep pockets of the ASX, buy in or they don't.
At this stage, it seems they aren't interested aside from a single $35k+ that wiped 1.2c. Retailers can only move a stock so much.
I was concerned this would be the case coming out of suspension, this month has been very sheety for spec stocks across the board.
