@ pods - I agree.
I like the deal - particularly as it ties into increasing the transaction revenues immediately, and (longer term) it ties into the banking licence.
However, IMO it appears that this was a purchase that was made primarily based on potential future revenues & profits - hence there was no current revenues or profits stated in the announcement.
NOV must really like what they see going forward with Vasco Pay - so let's hope it is a winner!!
