re: Ann: Acquisition of three Cambodian explo... The consideration payable for the Cambodian licences seems to suggest that the management of FIS has very high hopes for these areas. If a commercial JORC resource is shown, at a current market price of 5 cents, the value of the consideration (of 135 million shares) is about 7 million dollars.
Rock chip samples from the licenses are very encouraging.
Interesting times ahead?
