He and his wife own 2.7% of PRW ($70,000). He might be smart, but really want to see him put his hand up for a decent whack of stock. I strongly doubt you'll see that.
Still the one thing that keeps me hopeful despite Mortimer having almost no skin in the game, is that it is Sydney based where there is a code of ethics and coporate governance, something WA listed entities are totally devoid of.
