The deal looks good:
Only 60% utilised by WGX, 40% toll treatment. That leaves NST some room to grow once toll treatment contracts expire. Extra 60k oz+ p.a is handy and makes up for any losses from Paulsens in the short term.
Paid in stock @$6.30, only $20mill cash used. Still leaves them plenty of ammunition for other purchases.
