re: Ann: Acquisition of shares by Landbridge ...
goodaye again Interested - I was concerned as to the issue as to whether L/B or WCL for that matter, can nominate to supply GLNG with say just 20tj/d, then produce say 50tj/d, and sell the additional 30tj/d to a new customer?
so I got an answer.
L/B or anyone else, under the GSA, must supply ALL gas produced up to the 65tj/d level, and supply to GLNG. Only when production exceeds 65tj/d can the extra gas go elsewhere.
I think that is important for us s/h.
Because it means L/B is buying on the basis of the existing contract.
And what that says to me is, that L/B views WCL as an attractive investment as is ie with the GSA. Because it is getting the potentially very profitable GSA, plus the reserves, for a bargain price.
their first proposed price was 36c - yet they have just bought 8.7% for under 35c !!!!?????
they are laughing
