From my understanding guys the contract is binding for the qty of gas and the pricing but the actual delivery of gas can still be canceled if WCL decides. I think that you will find if you ask the company direct they will back that up, they have been a bit sneaky in their wording there. That is how it was described to me at APPEA by some people. If it was truly binding then there would be a cancelation penalty component in the agreement.
Makes me think that the other director who resigned close to AK has probably sold his holdings too. I wonder who else they have approached, surely they are now just starting form the top shareholding list and working down?
This is all very weird how this is been played out and I think some fun and games and duration and pain is on the way. How could an LNG player not and up controlling this company???
Why would Landbridge make a takeover bid at 36c if they can keep just picking up shares for below that price and then have a decent holding in the company?
Anyway, to still be able to buy shares at sub 30c in this company just doesn't make sense to me....
