    the MD will receive $500k in cash and a heap of shares

    the shares are worthless if the projects do not deliver

    $500k is not exactly a fortune...plus the deposit was probably not acquired for nothing

    looks like the MD is tying up the mid-ROC deposits

    seems like the MD is in the ROC good books, having picked up Mayoko for DMM
