May want to have another read of the terms for the Youkou acquisition and compare to this most recent one. No its not cheap but expect interest and cost is also increasing for leases in the ROC/Gabon. See this more of an add on acquisition with Youkou still the main potential to fund rail in future. Also I dont have an issue with the MD (who was involved with AKM and DMM) vending projects into his company....
