and the rights trade at market price minus $7.80... so if you r just going to convert them to shares, it doesn't matter whether you buy ALQ or ALQR.
Annoyed with myself, saw the match at $8.50 in the auction and thought time to load up as I was expecting an open between $8.75 and $9.20... then my brain farted :(
