re: Ann: Acquisition of Reservoir and $246 Mi... I grabbed a big stack under the inst bookbuild price. It is a great time to make an acquisition I would think - so more thumbs up to management too in this regard. Not really so much dilution and management suggesting EPS accretive before any synergies.
Agree with legume - much bad news factored in.
