Excellent news about RentPay. This was a key feature missing from the webiste and app, and plugging that in will make Rent sooo much more attractive as a platform to management your rental property.
No doubt there will be some upfront costs associated with the integration. I see some short term growth in losses here primarily due to this integration effort. So i don't see us reaching profitability next quarter, or i doubt this year. However the trend is good and i think the market will like this.
It's a good little business that isn't breaking any speed records but is doing well considering it's competition.
