MRN's book value was $4.2m vs sale price of $5.56m. Given it was a forced sale, the price being paid doesn't seem like a bargain. Hopefully OCP knows what they are doing here. Having Wheatley etc along for the ride does give me cause for optimism - presumably they wouldn't be joining the party if they thought the pp was too punchy.
