The thing I really like about this acquisition is the fact that MTU will now own data centres and become more involved in the internet and cloud computing space. I've always wanted exposure to this area, but as an investor who likes a nice healthy franked dividend, there hasn't been much choice. VOC and NXT don't pay divs but MTU gives exposure to the growth in this sector, plus a very decent franked divvy
