Looks a good acquisition for the every growing cloud market. At current prices not sure a SPP is the best thing as SP will be capped for a while. Not a fan of SPP with substantial windfalls a rare thing but will be gladly proven wrong. See RHP as well positioned with tie ups with the who's who of cloud pioneers and expect holders will be well rewarded in 2015. Think INT and HJB are the next role ups for these guys.
