Smdnaq, The CEO took shares in lieu of a salary and no where does it say RXP didn't have the ability to pay. The fact that the share placements have been done with hardly any discount to the current SP is also a big plus. Whilst not getting all of my small cap plays right I will continue to try and get the early mover advantage which has given me much success in this space.
