I was wondering if you would be commenting on this development for REH.
One of the things I can help worrying about, as mentioned earlier, is whether or not recent sales growth is simply a catch-up from a dearth of residential building and renovations in the years after the GFC and the PE owners are selling after finding someone prepared to capitalise this recent growth in earnings into a purchase price.
I note one of PM Capital's investing themes in their international fund (PGF) of late has been the recovery of US home building.
I was wondering if you would be commenting on this development...
