It's amazing to notice a silence from @madamswer so far, I hope he is okay!

Oh, I'm fine. Just fine, thanks.
Just a bit bemused by the somewhat momentous developments of the past 72 hours.

And, being a decidedly slow thinker, it usually takes me some time to mull things over even they are quite routine events, before I am able to distil a clear picture in my mind's eye.

And when events are as dramatic as this, it is likely to require a few days of contemplation and reflection ... and even then, I would not be surprised if my position continues to be,

"Gee, I'm not sure; so I do nothing."

Also, I don't have anything to add to the well-considered and sober comments made by the likes of @Jimmy_C, @MarsC and @neoteric in relation to this "transformational" [*] transaction.

In the meantime, I can't stop looking at the following chart I compiled, and marvelling at it's implied profundity:
