As a potential buyer I'm in the same boat, I'm guessing there's no rush as this will take a while to play out, but having said that I could be tempted today if for some reason it takes a really big hit. As a long term hold this could prove a winner if they can pull it off, although it does make you wonder, if it's such a good deal why isn't a Yank firm jumping on it?, surely they have more knowledge and expertise in their home market to absorb and grow the business. Anyway, could be worth a punt with 1.5% of the portfolio. Over to you Crazy.
