Always a bit of a worry when 'private equity' get mentioned.
Also, when overseas acquisitions come to mind so do Slater Gordon, Wesfarmers, NAB, etc, etc.
Had REH on the watchlist for a few weeks now, nearly bought but went with RWC and WTC, might keep it there with a view to maybe buying depending on how it pans out, it's gotta head south initially I would have thought. Time will tell.
