Yes the johnson and johnson case is taking a bit longer than expected, I wouldn't be concerned at all though as its been in mediation. Here is a subscriber article (I can't access but you get the gist)  and headline from 21 december last year, discussing the defendants lawyers strategy for ending the case pre judgment:

There was also some publicity and possibly a case involving the Opal Tower fiasco -  don't know what will come of this one though.

Basically a lot happening with shine in terms of future revenue sources - pity the sp has been dead. Calm before the storm in my opinion, I'll be buying more when I can.
