IMO the two big orders referenced in the last qtrly don’t exist. Until the ASX steps in and demands written evidence of these negotiations, Dave will continue to play the “verbal agreement” card. 

Surely the ohm trials / pilots happen once a contract is signed to trial the product then convert into revenue unless the client cancels - with revenue backdated from the start day of the trial. 

Assuming these two big clients discussed with Buddy in advance their need for multiple sites after they liked the trial, I’m staggered Buddy don’t have a pre-install contract that automatically roles into the install phase of additional ohms on top of the trial ones, locking the client in to that process. Unless they cancel after the trial. Which this client hasn’t. Apparently. It’s not hard.
