With regards to your comment about details on the reseller agreements, I asked about this and the answer made sense to me. Buddy was not trying to keep those details a secret from us, the investors, but they did not want to disclose those details to other potential resellers. They gave Digicel pretty reasonable terms considering they were the first to sign up, but they were negotiating harder with others that came later, such as Telstra. If Telstra could look at the Digicel agreement in full they'd say "hey why can't we have total exclusivity with little to no consequences?" So I think that is reasonable, right? You don't want to release all the details of one contract when you are negotiating similar contracts with other companies.
As to the "more ohms sold than ever before," that was in the 4C released in Oct. What makes you think that was a lie? I highly doubt that to be the case. As that was written in the 4C, and not just spoken in passing on a webinar or something, they are legally bound to that statement. With the history of aware letters I can't imagine that anyone would sign off on that 4C if it wasn't true. It seems that quarter was a good one for sales but then there was a significant drop off, as we know from the most recent Q report.
