Putting BUD to one side for a second... LIFX has sold millions of products into hundreds of thousands of homes. The products themselves are highly regarded, you will find endless articles reaffirming this with a simple google search. As the word of the acquisition spreads to the masses you have potentially thousands of LIFX fans who now have the ability to invest in their favourite smart lighting company through publicly listed BUD. IMHO....DYOR
