Anyone care to explain to me the terms of this? 6 million first then an additional 6 million over 3 years based on performance? 12mill seems abit steep, but Ray knows what he is doing (he owns a substantial amount of AMA so I have 100% faith in his management strat). I have been loading up on AMA little by little the past few weeks, would like to have purchased more but looks like the stock price is gonna rocket up now.
