Seems like a nice acquisition that fits their business... Its also a cap raise @10c and essentially 14c assuming zhang converts her loan into shares. If i had invested at 50c in the previous cap raise i would be filthy that Zhang is raising to herself at 14c. Pretty low act but i'm not sure anyone would be willing to offer up a better deal currently.

What we need now is revenue growth and hopefully some profitability!
