Gwaihir - thanks for the summary and getting down on paper a lot of what 'us' investors are no doubt thinking. It is hardly transparent. I had a large holding .... now a small holding (lol - same number of shares - and like you can only hold onto this investment for the ride, and to understand what this company is now all about, and wait for a big upward bounce which still has some chance.
Am surprised more transparency is not required by regulators, corporation acts etc. for companies to provide more detail to their shareholders!!
As for Union Pay, the announcement in 2014 following the deal was that the new platform would be up in 2015. Correct me if I am wrong, but I think it is now 2016 and we haven't heard a peep
