I knew NRR SHs had overwhelmingly approved the sale last Friday. There were some consent conditions attached that have since been satisfied it seems, so now it's a done deal. We now have more ground in the very promising Narracoota Formation and NRR now has 3.8m shares in RNI. I like the deal!!!!
I also knew the Ascidian option was coming to an end date. Ascidian is David Jones' company that holds Doolgunna up near DeGrussa and Talisman's main area. DJ is a geo who works with RNI and associated companies. I like the fact that the option has been extended for 2 years as this ground, although worked a bit, is still very much under-explored. So DJ gets $50,000.00 and 3m shares in July. Lucky man I reckon and RNI has 2 years to make up its mind. That tells me RNI is going to be very busy elsewhere. GREAT MESSAGE about GG eh!
What's curious tho is the remediation work that has to be carried out by mid-August. I can only guess that it's a condition of the Exploration Licence that remediation work has to be done, and soon.
All looking good. All we need is 1 excellent strike and having so much territory we'll be courted like a nubile nymph, and by sugar daddies too.
