The other thing I particularly like is the minuscule amount of tradable shares.

We know about the deal now, but the payment in scrip along with the placement, won't happen until after the meeting later in April.

So as outlined in Astavrou's post, we currently only have 54 mill total shares.
From memory, Neil has said in various Company presentations that of that, only around 20 mill are actually tradable. This brings a whole new meaning to the words "tightly held".

This high grade gold mine acquisition appeared to be slowly sinking in yesterday and with minimal apparent "handbrakes" on the horizon, the mind boggles as to how quickly this could jump.....and how high.
