Good luck to them if they want them they have to step up then play it down
From memory 10percent for them to play with....really its only 7 or 8mill cap
Adding acqusition etc in which most turkeys on h.c are happy to pump them up without allowing for it
You never know might come down but geez if it does it just gets cheaper
