EUC (Formerly WMN) has a similar story .... EUC MCap is $41m.... CLY Mcap is around $10m ...bit of a no brainer IMHO.

Currently have $1.5m cash and looks to raise another $1.5m on sale of 20% to Cadence (Aim listed) so that will be $3m and no need for any dilution in the short term.

So CLY have very high quality cobalt ground with spectacular Cobalt Grabs (to 15% Cobalt where 0.8% is considered high grade ), CLY hold tenure of 80km2 in area. Ground has many historic workings report mentions outcrop so looks like from surface. ...and right in the heart of Europe. Not sure acquisitions get this good very often.
