Interesting to see an EMH Director involved here. Kiran Morzaria is EMH Director and also Director and CEO of Cadence Minerals who are buying in for the 10% share. Note that David Reeves and Pavel Reichl are EMH directors who were were involved with the WMN/EUC acquisition.
It will be interesting to see the follow up Form 3B to see who was granted the 40M unlisted options as a Finders fee for the ELs and if EMH interests are in the mix for this.
Happy for EMH interests to have skin in the game as they seem to know there stuff when it comes to undervalued European historical deposits.
