when i post on a stock i think is over-valued, i post: "the market cap is $X & i think this is too expensive for this X stage of development".

for example, i posted yesterday on CSL saying PE ratio of 36 I think is overvalued

i recall posting MYL at 10 cents was overvalued at its stage of development a few months ago

at a certain market cap, TAR is a buy

at a certain market cap, TAR might be a sell or a reduce, based on its stage of development

but merely to post generalizations is just spamming

imo, you were/are spamming because emotion is driving your posts rather than rational analysis
