    Hi schmoove..

    I believe your calculation are correct. Number 5 - BNR will pay 3.33% royalties capped at 3.5m.

    250k has already been paid for the interest for the project. 750k will be paid once the transaction has been completed

    Once mining starts will will have to pay 3.5m based at 3.33% royalties.

    That's how I read it. Therefore we lose 1m cash upfront still gives us 3-4m cash for another projects.
