    So Geko own the tenement.
    Geko don't have the funds to explore/mine it.

    Geko sign a deal with GEM where GEM put in all the cash and effort and Geko get royalties.

    GEM don't have the funds to complete that.

    BNR buy Geko.
    GEM still don't have the funds.
    So what happens next?
