Ann: Acquisition of Enoro and $50m equity raising, page-60

Yep I am concerned about it. Interest is very cheap these days. I have done this in the past with other companies and got completely nowhere on this issue. It seems corporate aka "management" Australia just doesn't get Rule 7.1 (from an exisiting shareholder perspective). Oh they get the law (no doubt they have a myriad of lawyers explaining them the fine print) and they probably get the broker spin to do the easy and quick deal, but they just don't seem to "get" the long term effects that farming out shares to outsiders has on the SP and the real effect this has on existing holders and their long term returns vs the market. I guess the school of "exisiting ASX investor hard knocks" and the price of "negative risk holding skin in the game" isn't taught in MBA's or ICD courses?? Go figure. Anyway. Each to their own. (and no....with all due respect this is not "twaddle"). I don't care what ya'll think of me... I now know what to do. Now I have the facts I will leave you all in peace... NA/ IMHO and DYOR. Cheers.
