Have my eyes deceived me? Did you read the announcement? Didn't it imply they didn't need capital immediately? I thought I read a sentence that they had a bank facility in place that could have funded the acquisition? This would imply quite low interest rates I assume. So why raise at all? (There are costs to raise of course). But if they did need to raise at some time... (I am not saying they shouldn't have)...I am only saying why raise in the manner that they did? Why not take you time? Do it fairly for all. NA> Do I have to quote the sentence again?
