No disrespect ol sport, but if you think my argument is "ridiculous" I think you have quite a bit to learn why returns of some groups of investors are greater than others. And it's not just insto vs retail here. Its insto vs insto. Fundmangers vs Superfunds. "Sophiticated investors" vs clients of online brokers. My guess is there will be instos on the SR who weren't offered stock either. In any case, didn't they release a statement saying they could have funded the aquisition via a lending facility in any case? Like I said why the rush? And why make any judgements at all about your shareholder base?
