Sorry guys but I think this argument is ridiculous. Where is it written the market has to play 100% fair? The instos have many advantages over retail investors, not least of which is millions of dollars at their disposal to invest. Hansen, by going the path they did secured the funds even before we knew about the acquisition. Another great opportunity to grow and expand the company has been taken. Hansen management have done a great job over the years of really thorough DD and making acquisitions work. I have no doubt they will do this again. I've been in since $0.60, collected a dividend every year and seen a constantly rising SP. That's the kind of treatment I would like to receive by management of every company I own shares in.
