These are investments at the end of the day with one purpose to make a return, I was tipped in to buy in March, so with this one it was a good move. There are plenty of others that I have invested in longer term and have faced dilution, poor management and losses, but that has and still is a learning process for me, I don't claim to be a proficient investor by any stretch.

But doing a CR at the top of value is about as fair as you can be to your shareholders IMO. If you aren't familiar with their story check out A3D, they were trading at a little over $4 and they did a private CR @ $2.75, their long term holders responded accordingly, the stock has a flimsier story and now trades at around $1.

This stock peaked late last year at around $4.62, it is a 20% discount from that peak, but many would have made good money up to that point, we all know holding is different for all people and we all have different rules. But I am still quite happy with the CR as it relates to my entry point, and if a longer term holder didn't get stopped out shortly after the 2016 peak they may want to address their own trading or holding rules or hang on and hopefully enjoy the ride.
