I dsiagree with you there AJ. Seems to me like the timely purchase of an exciting business achieving substantial growth which when combined with Resource Equipment Ltd will enhance both operations immediately and well into the future.

Given that the two businesses are already closely linked (operation and customer wise) I don't know why you wouldn't take into consideration the obvious synergies when determining whether they overpaid or not. Regardless, I don't think they did.

Mr Cullen's reasons for the purchase indicate a clear and well defined strategy on behalf of RQL and I look forward to reading the Half Yearly Report tomorrow.
