Your comment’s a bit harsh.
The fact is for the short/immediate term VRX will not be able to supply low grade CONSTRUCTION sand at a competitive price......and thats where the very large volumes are required.
Sure, this sand is running out but it wont be a money earner for us
And before i bought into VRX more than 12 months ago and i was checking out the sand scenario I spent a bit of time looking around.
Cape Flattery has huge deposits of construction sand with their own purpose build jetty right next door to the mine. They have been going for years and its not going to run out any time soon
Very low cost operation.
They can get it on a ship for <$12 a ton.
I suggest you check them out
