Well in the words of Kevin Costner "build it and they will come".
For a company which on the one hand has a MC of $38m and in need cash. On the other hand they are building silca sand resources which which looks to be a 50 - 100 year assets.
They are making serious inroads into Asian manufactures looking to lock in supply and off-takes. The boards of these companies may see it as more prudent to take them out completely before a competitor does.
I am looking for BM to have an ace up his sleeve to build value before the inevitable low ball offer appears. He's an experienced operator.
