The capital raise seems cheap when compared to recent prices of 6cents BUT the deal was probably started when the share price was at 4cents...
I mentioned the other day on another stock, if the share price runs up on these shell companies and market moves up it makes it difficult to make an attractive deal.
An attractive deal for the market and an attractive deal for the partner.
