so a cash call by the operator on all partners in october 2018 for a start of operations 9 months later..

given its now 5 months away, and real close to the rain periods in autumn, i am sure the operator can think of a further delay imho... why not replicate 2018 and delay until winter rains and spting rains pass and do it 2020..
