    MOG getting a 15% free carried interest in MEO's Artemis is huge!

    MOG currently has 80m shares on issue, with 120m for this new acquisition thats 200M shares = a current Market Cap of $24m

    MEO which will have a 20% carried interest post farmout is $255m mkt cap


    MOG $25M 15% free carried Artemis
    MEO $255m 20% carried Artemis
